FAQ
DO YOU TRAVEL?
I cater for the Isaac region and surrounding areas, and I love to travel, so I am happy to pack up and head to you! A travel fee will occur if you do require me to travel to your way. My fees are included in my Session Fee cost located on page 5. Custom quotes are available upon request.
CAN WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE RAW FILES?
In providing you with the photographs, I will select and supply edited photographs, but will not supply un-edited photographs or 'RAW' files. The decisions made by Western Arrow Photography in relation to which images are provided are final.
WHAT DO WE DO IF IT’S RAINING AT OUR SESSION?
As we know, bad and severe weather conditions are completely out of our control so in the event of bad weather conditions such as but not limited to rain (light or heavy), storms ect, I am more then happy to talk about rescheduling your session.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
All photos will be delivered to you in a reasonable time frame after your photoshoot has taken place however I will endeavour to have photos delivered to you between 4-6 weeks after your photo shoot for smaller sessions and 8-12 weeks for large sessions including weddings and functions. I will advise you if the waiting period will extend beyond this time frame. I always will try to have these trun around times quicker if time allows.
SESSION FEE AND PAYMENT
A NON REFUNDABLE Session Fee is due upon booking and full and final payment will be due as follows:-
Four (4) weeks prior to weddings/engagement parties and large functions; and
One (1) week prior to standard packages
In the event of a cancelation, then this Session Fee can be put towards a future session within 12 months of the original cancelation date.

Absolutely! I love to arrange a chat with my clients prior to booking a session so I can get a better understanding of what your dream session looks likes and to also make sure I am the perfect fit for you. Once your session has been booked I am here to help you every step of the way and equip you with everythig you need to know to make sure you have the best experience possible. I DON’T KNOW HOW TO POSE IN PHOTOS – HELP!
Don't stress! My style is natural and candid, photographing moments as they happen, so the images provided will be of a documentary style with minimal “formal” or “traditional” posing (apart from those portraits pre-arranged between you and I already) I generally don't engineer a particular pose or moment. I give certain prompts or activities to do but I always keep my session laid back with a more relaxed vibe.
